The pool area is block paved and screened, with high quality patio furniture, patio tables, chairs, loungers, covered lanai with ceiling fan for those al-fresco nights. Both patio doors to pool area are alarmed. A pool blanket is provided for use in the cool months Oct thru April. The pool and spa overlook a landscaped area so there are no back to back neighbours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional cost. The games room consist's of a pool table, air hockey and darts. A barbeque is available for guest's to use.
