This apartment is located in the traditionally French 14th arrondissement of Paris. You can walk to Montparnasse in 10 mins or Luxembourg Gardens in 20 mins. The 14th arrondisement is cool and quiet. It has a real village feeling as it still preserves its traditional French feel with its vibrant street life, its many markets, brasseries, artists ateliers, restaurants, shops and cafes. Popular sites of the 14th arrondisement are the Paris Catacombes, the tower Montparnasse for its views over paris from 56th floor, and rue Daguerre, the fish and fruit pedestrian market street. the Montparnasse cemetery where you can find some known artists and poets tombs, such as Baudelaire, Gainsbourg, and others….

    SECURITY DEPOSIT: A €200.00 security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. This will be payable together with the total payment for your stay by bank transfer or paypal and refunded in the same fashion.

    For long stays I will require €400.00 deposit.

    The customer accepts responsibility for deterioration of the apartment facilities via the security deposit. You will be liable for any damages caused during the rental period and discovered during check-out. Minor accidents such as a broken glass will not be taken into account.

The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower, toilet and basin with a warm radiator to warm up your towel and get the right feel after a shower. Further details indoors The apartment is very calm and is spacious enough for two people (30 sq m2). Its large walk-in wardrobe will make your life easier to organise your clothes and find plenty of storage for your luggage. WIFI Internet access is provided free of charge in case you want to bring your laptop. Free international phone calls to landlines can also be made from the apartment and you can enjoy some of your Private TV news and sports channels. TV is 27' which makes it ideal to watch your favourite movie. I also provide a collection of DVDs. A HI-FI is provided as well as collection of music DVDs. Feel free to bring your ipod or mp3 player as you can plug it to the HIFI via USB Let’s not forget the books. I have a good collection of novels to cater for different tastes. You will be able to relax as if it was your own apartment because everything is kept very clean and neat. I place cleanliness at the top of my priorities maintenance list.

Living room & Bedroom LIVING ROOM: There is a double white sofa where you can sit back to relax and read or watch a bit of cable Television.
