The apartment is in the city location, on is doorstep you find a Mercadona with everything, some small shops, 3 bakeries, pharmacies, many bars and restaurants, a fitness, an internet/telephone centre, a swimming pool not far from it and even a bingo in front of it. The flat is at 15 to max 20 minutes walk to the Main railway station and to the Plaza del Ajuntamiento. Unless for visiting the countryside, a car is not required. There is a secured parking not far from it. Flat ideal to visit the City of Sciences, the old city with the Miguelete and El Barrio del Carmen. clean pet can be consider, we ask you to refrain from smoking.
