This home is spacious and full of amenities! It is every vacationers dream home. Inside you'll find a large living room featuring an entertainment center equipped with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo system. The formal dining room is connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with island bar. The den/guest room exits to an exquisitely furnished patio with vinyl windows. Step outside and enjoy a hot tub for six which overlooks the lake. There are two full-size beds in the master suite which connects to a private outside patio. The master bath features a garden tub with Jacuzzi jets, his/her sinks, and step-in shower. As well, the home features a full-size secondary bedroom. Our house is only minutes away from Disney! Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • We accept Visa/Master Card, US Check, US Money Order and US Traveler's Check.
    Deposits: Reservations more than 90 days out we require a $200.00 deposit upon time of reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a 6.5% Sales tax and 6% Tourist tax. In addition we require a refundable $275.00 damage deposit either by check or credit card, which is returned back to you as long as the home is returned in the same condition as it was provided to you. There is a mandatory house cleaning fee not included in the rental rate of $100.00 for 2 rooms, $110 for 3 bedrooms, and $120 for 4 bedrooms. If your pet is traveling with you we require a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.
  • Cancellations: Can be made 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
