A spacious 1400 square feet of living space/ condo that accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The rental fee is charged per night (not per person).Can accommodate one extra person in twin size air bed at nominal cost of $15/night.There is no charge if the extra person is a child under the age 10. Located directly across from Port St Charles Estate and 2 minutes walk from Almond Beach Village Resort. 1km from the town of Speightstown. Beach access 5 minute walk from the condo. This property is located on the bus route.

The total square footage of this condo unit is a stunning 1400 square feet of space complemented by 9 foot ceilings and an ample supply of large windows and ceramic floors throughout. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster utensils and cutlery. Each bedroom has a built in wall safe. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds, the twin beds can be joined to make a king size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The bedroom at the back of the premise has a door that leads to a large wooden deck that is perfect for sipping a rum punch and enjoying the beauty of this tropical paradise. The deck can also be accessed from the main corridor in the unit. The living room is large and airy and equipped with ceiling fans. The condo has a full bathroom equipped with a large tub and shower and a second half bath equipped with a lavatory facility.

West Coast Famed for it’s year round sunshine and warm blue waters, Barbados is a coral island surrounded by reefs and spectacular long white sand beaches. It is one of the smaller islands and is the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands measuring 21miles by 14 miles. The west coast (also known as the 'platinum coast') is a fringe of bays and coves along the sheltered, Caribbean side of the island. As a result it is the best coast for snorkeling as reefs are close to shore and the Caribbean Sea provides calm water. There are opportunities to explore this stunning island by land, (going off - road in a 4x4 Land Rover or hiring a car), by air in a helicopter tour, or by sea on board one of many cruises on offer. How ever you choose to travel, you will find cultural attractions, such as the splendid architecture, art, music, theatre and fine cuisine as well as a whole host of sporting activities, including hiking, tennis, polo, scuba diving, boating and deep sea fishing.

Seeing Barbados Public transportation is excellent in Barbados, but hiring a car for a couple of days is a great way to see Barbados at your own pace. Great sites are Bathsheba, Animal Flower Cave, Harrison's Cave, the East Coast Road, Crane Hotel, Sam Lord's Castle, Farley Hill etc. Try a Safari, catamaran cruise for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles, or even the Jolly Roger cruise which includes meals and drinks!!

Further details outdoors: The front verandah has beautiful clay tiles with a wheel chair accessible ramp and is perfect for lounging.There is off street parking located in the front yard. The back of the premise facing Port St Charles is equipped with a large deck made of rich purple heart wood. There is an outdoor shower for washing away the sand from the beautiful Caribbean sea after a day of fun in sun at Heywoods beach a mere 250m away!!!!

Guest Book We had a wonderful time in Barbados, and at our Villa. The Villa owner met us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, which was spotless. He also gave us a complete tour of the Villa, and made us feel right at home. They even had eggs, bacon, juice, etc. so we could have a great breakfast in the morning, since we arrived at almost midnight. The Villa is actually nicer than it looks on the internet! Everything in the Villa looks like it is brand new, and is very well kept. That area of Barabados (across from Almond Beach Resort) is a great location, and is away from the busy crowded areas of Barbados (Bridgetown, etc.)We loved the beach just across the street, and they offer snorkeling trips, such as a glass bottom boat ride which included snorkeling with sea turtles. We would definitely stay again! They were wonderful people to rent with, and renting from them went very smoothly. They are people that are trustworthy!'-Justin&Sonja July 28th 2007
