Comfortable, wholly renovated flat, are the ideal place for those who want to spend pleasant days in all seasons in harmony with nature. Several paths and routes are available for trekking and mountain bike (we provide) excursions. Each morning, our local baker brings fresh bread and specialities, meanwhile in rainy days children can play ping-pong and table soccer.

Villa Salvigno is a special place for guests who wish to have a relaxed holiday and would like to explore Umbria and surroundings, it’s culture, nature and food. The area is excellent as well for long walks, trekking or cycling. A number of circular walks start from the villa, taking you through the rolling, wooded Umbrian countryside, filled with rosemary, lavender and olive trees. Villa Salvigno is positioned at the top of a hill overlooking the Nestore valley, some 18km south of Lake Trasimeno, 30km from Assisi and 18 km from the medieval city of Perugia. A number of different festivals and special occasions are a must such as: Umbria Jazz Festival (usually in July and Umbria Winter in December - one of the oldest and best known jazz festivals in the world), Euro chocolate (in October - the festival for all chocolate lovers), Corsa dei Ceri in Orvieto, L'infiorata in Spello, etc...
