Mont Tremblant condo Rental Property Information
Spacious and quiet four-season condo apartment in resort location with views of Lake Tremblant and village. The ski-in/ ski-out condo sleeps up to eight people and is positioned on the slopes of Mt Tremblant, with a piste-marked trail running behind the property. Outside there is a dedicated single car parking slot with engine block warmer and large private ski-locker for sporting equipment. Accommodation benefits from cathedral ceilings, large fireplace and consists of two bedrooms (queen, 2x bunks + 1 single + 1 hideaway) and two bathrooms (en-suite has jacuzzi bath). The open-plan living area includes double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with 4-hob cooker, m/wave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The condo overlooks a 60ft waterfall and has a balcony with furniture and gas BBQ. There is a 28' TV, DVD player and CD stereo. Further amenities include washer and drier, direct line telephone, free wifi access and complimentary shuttle service to the village, although only 10 min walk.

Mt Tremblant village is situated in the heart of Tremblant National Park, Quebec approx. 90mins' drive from Montreal, Canada. Flight time from the UK is only 6 hours. It has its own airport serving the US. The local area has activities to suit every taste and every pace - ideal for family adventure or a romantic retreat, Tremblant caters for all. There's a full range of Alpine skiing activities in the winter - including night skiing (30min by car). For the summer, 6 championship golf courses within 10km (inc 2 in the resort), mountain walks, biking trails, sailing, water sports and sandy lakeside beaches all within 15 min walk. Dining ranges from the regions' many high quality restaurants to more convenience dining for the busy sporting enthusiast. The French accent can be felt throughout. For shoppers, Montreal has a variety of under and over ground malls. Locally, St Saveur has many outlet stores for bargain hunters. There is a schedule of live entertainment throughout the yr.

| Notes: | You will be met 'on-site' by our Property Manager Sean, who will show you around and answer any of your questions. The condo will be clean upon your arrival and bed linen changed once per week although additional servicing can be arranged. An iron and ironing board is provided for guests as well as full use of our washing machine and tumble drier. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace. Sean, who speaks both English and French fluently, is local to the area, works in the resort and is available to assist guests - telephone details will be provided. An outdoor locker immediately outside the front door of the condo is available for the storage of any outdoor equipment. The heated swimming pool (open in Summer) is supervised by a lifeguard and has a large poolhouse/ clubhouse complete with log fire and games for the winter. Toilets, a microwave and dining facilities make it possible to spend all day here! There is also a children's playground with swings etc during Spring and Summer. |

Ski Activities Mt Tremblant is Eastern North America's No.1 ski destination for the tenth year running, as voted for by SKI magazine readers. The resort is 100% family friendly with numerous creche facilities, fun activities for older children and a friendly ski-school which caters for every ability. There are a total of 94 trails and over 625 acres of skiable terrain, with a vertical drop of 2,116ft. There are 17 high speed lifts. Beginners/intermediates 60%, expert 40%. Golf activities Tremblant resort has 2 golf courses, Le Diable and Le Geant, with a further four courses all within 10 minutes' drive. Le Diable is an 18-hole championship course and a member of the select RAVEN family of golf courses. Rated at 4.5/5 by Golf Digest and one of the Top 10 courses in Canada by Golf Style, Le Diable is 7,056 yards with a Par of 71. Le Diable was designed by Michael Hurzdan and Dana Fry in 1998. Le Geant is also an 18-hole championship course and offers spectacular views of the Laurentians. Rated 'Best golf resort in Canada' by ScoreGolf magazine and one of the Top 10 courses in Canada, Le Geant is 6,836 yards with a Par of 72.

These include rafting on one of the top 10 rivers in North America (the Rouge river), kayaking, acrobranching (using zip lines, trapezes and monkey bridges), cliff climbing horseback riding, quad biking, car racing at the Mont-Tremblant circuit, waterskiing, wakesurfing, tubing and wakeboarding, airplane and helicopter tours, fly fishing, lake fishing, clay pigeon shooting, caleche tours (horse-drawn), guided canoe excursions, walking tours, nature interpretation (day and night which includes star-gazing), cycling, in-line skating, mini-golf, birds of prey exhibitions, boat rental, bungy jumping, trampolining, swimming, tennis, diving and summer luging.
