• Down payment & Safety deposit -
  We require a down payment equivalent to 10% of the total value of your reservation. Upon arrival a 200 euro safety deposit will be required. The safety deposit will be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked to make sure its ok! The remaining amount due should be paid upon arrival preferably in cash.
  
  Reservation Confirmation -
  The acceptance of the reservation is subject to: - the payment of a deposit as a down payment (equivalent to 10% of the total value) - the authorisation for eventual debits of other amounts foreseen in the case of late cancellation. see Cancellation Policy.
  
  Cancellation Policy -
  In the event of cancellation you will lose your deposit of 10%. Guests will not have the right to any reimbursement if they voluntarily interrupt their stay and leave before the established departure date.
• Payment and Bank Details -
  Once you have made your online reservation we require you to pay us 10% down payment of the total value of your reservation. This should be paid in the following manner: -Money transfer with Paypal -Using credit card (press button on our website Buy now) -Bank transfer (expenses to be paid by the client).
  
  
  The reservation is confirmed only after a confirmation email or Ca'Mazzega receives a copy of the bank transfer by fax (+ 39 -06-33269210). The balance of the entire stay it is preferable to be paid in cash at arrival when receiving the keys. The price of the stay for the required period is that shown by Ca'Mazzega in the written reservation confirmation.
• Services -
  Apart from the apartment which is completely furnished and equipped, the price includes the following services: reception from 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, initial and final cleaning, weekly change of bed linen and towels (an extra charge of 16,00 euro for a complete change of bed linen and towels per person before the end of the week).In low season, there is an additional charge of 50 Euro for final cleaning. Gas, water and electricity consumptions are included in the price of the apartment. The guest will have no reimbursement for the suspension of gas, water or electricity if not depending on the owner. The price does not include transfer to and from the station, airport or other terminal. All the prices shown are in Euros.
