Our beautiful Orlando Villa can be found in Eastern Kissimmee in the brand new gated community of Magic Landings a development of around 150 residential and holiday homes. In a quiet location surrounded by palm trees and to the rear a lake and wooded conservation area but still giving easy access to the attractions of Kissimmee, Kissimmee Downtown and Old Town, St Cloud with its newly constructed Marina, Disney theme parks, outlet shopping, Florida Mall, wide variety of dining establishments, numerous golf courses; horse riding, Rodeo, Osceola County Stadium, and close to Florida Turnpike for quick access to all the varied attractions Orlando has to offer, Tampa for Busch Gardens and to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. The numerous leisure activities, dining experiences, outlet shopping along the 192, Florida Mall. A little further afield Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf coast are within reasonable driving distance, as is the Atlantic coast for Cocoa Beech, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre and St Augustine. The lakeland area of Orlando is well worth a visit, seeing Mount Dora, Bok Tower Gardens, plus many more lakeside towns we have yet to discover.
