All apts have original beams throughout + original stone features. Apts 1 + 4 are spacious, light and airy with large sitting/dining rooms, 3 large windows + French windows onto private terraces overlooking pool, Jacuzzi + BBQ area - panoramic country views all round. Apts 1, 2, 3 + 4 make up the 2 storey cottage and stand at the highest point, looking over the stepped and landscaped gardens towards the pool. Apts 5 + 6 make up the 1 storey cottage next to the pool, divided by a lawn - similar interiors but 6 is bigger. The grounds are spacious with nooks and crannies where you can sit in privacy. The pool is very large with lots of sun-loungers placed around a wide patio area surrounding the pool. Here, guests can sunbathe and relax without undue disturbance from other guests. Standing on a small hill, outside the city walls, Spoleto By The Pool is the nearest and largest pool property to central Spoleto. Add to that, a stunning and convenient location - simply unbeatable !

This document contains information as to how to attract discounts as well as the cancellation conditions plus much more. Also, you receive automatic access to my personal website, which contains information and many more photos of about 30 properties in and around central Spoleto, including more information and photos of Spoleto By the Pool.

    We provide for free all utilities....towels, linen etc plus unlimited central heating/hot water, wood for the fire plus a generous Welcome Pack...wine, pasta fruit, all the condiments, olive oil, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Indeed, we try to provide for every eventuality.

    Days in addition to a week are cost at the weekly pro-rata rate.

    Bookings less than a week attract an additional extra daily tariff - details automatically sent in response to an enquiry.

    We operate an any day arrival/departure policy.
  • -Fly to Perugia, Rome or Ancona then take the train to Spoleto.
    -Cheap flights with Ryan Air.
    -Car hire available from Avis either from the airport and we will send you directions or, alternatively, if you take the train to Spoleto, then Avis will deliver a car to Spoleto station for you if you request it from their local Spoleto office. The pool is open from May 1 - Oct 31 inc. All apts have private balconies, terraces or patios with beautiful panoramic views over the pool and the surrounding countryside. The 100 sq mt pool and the Jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of the guests of Spoleto By The Pool. Please order your own BBQ if you wish to remain private - no extra charge. However, the communal BBQ has 2 chimneys for 2 BBQs to take place at the same time. This is a fabulous area for sun-downers because it faces the sun-set ! Please order a high-chair - no extra charge. Beach towels also provided - no extra charge. PLEASE ENQUIRE ABOUT THE OTHER 4 APARTMENTS - ALL SIMILAR - PLEASE NOTE THAT APARTMENT 2 SLEEPS 5 AND HAS 2 BALCONIES - 1 long that seats 4 side-ways, the other shorter to seat 2. Apts 1, 2 + 3 can sleep up to 5 persons. APTs 1, 3, 4, 5 + 6 have seating for 4 persons on their patio/terraces. APT 3 has the largest terrace and can easily seat at least 8 persons.
