Marina Pinacate # 316 is a one bedroom, one bath, poolside condominium located on Sandy Beach in the Marina Pinacate Resort. With fabulous ocean views from one balcony over the Sea of Cortez as well as shopping, restaurants and nightlife just around the corner, it is the perfect setting for your affordable vacation on the beach.The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping two more people. The kitchen has a breakfast bar is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. There is also china, cookware and glassware. Other amenities include Satellite TV/DVD, CD player, and washer/dryer. You also have access to swimming pools, hot tub, BBQ area, cabanas, beach volleyball, gated parking, 24-hour security, friendly staff and a convenience store. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights Turnday: Any.
