Master bedroom is on the second floor and it has a King size bed, private bathroom and Walk-in closet, with its own deck and a view of the ocean, there are two more bedrooms in the second floor, they have Queen size beds and a deck with a view of the Estuary, the fourth bedroom is on the first floor and it has a Queen bed, it also has two half bedrooms, one on each floor, on the first floor there is a set of bunk beds, and on the second floor there is a fouton that can accomodate one extra guest.
Other amenities include Central Heating and A/C, independent Satellite T.V. At two different locations of the house, one of them in the Master Bedroom and the other one in the Living Room, Bathtubs in all 3 bathrooms, VHS, DVD Player, Outside shower, garage and and upstairs terrace with a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Estuary.
