Villa De Los Pinos Condos are centrally located in the heart of beautiful Mammoth Lakes California. Unit #17 is a luxury two bedroom two bath corner town home that offers stylish d?cor and comfortable furnishings. Attention to detail is evident throughout this newly remodeled home. There is slate flooring in the entry and bathrooms, new carpet and wood floors in the kitchen. The kitchen and baths feature granite countertops, custom cabinetry and upscale appliances.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and entertaining family and friends. There is seating for six at the dining table. The living room is bright and sunny with many windows, a wood burning stove, modern art work, and plenty of comfortable seating. A large deck off of the living room offers a relaxing retreat with a mountain top view. There are flat screen TV?s with DVD players in the living room and in each bedroom for your entertainment needs. Both bedrooms are handsomely furnished with a king size bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bath. Other amenities include; grassy interior court yard, pool and tennis court in the summer and an indoor Jacuzzi with a sauna all year round. There is a $200 prepaid security required for this unit.
The summer rate is $170 per night with discounts of 10% to 30% for stays of four nights or more.
Winter rates; midweek $210, weekend $250, holiday $285-$325 per night. Ask us about our four or more night specials.
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
Bedding arrangement: King in the master, queen in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
