Nievre chateau / country house Rental Property Information

Situated in a calm region, in a park of 7 hectares, with a swimming pool and a lake for fishing. A short drive to the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly, and the medieval town of La Charité Sur Loire,15 minutes to Nevers, (capital of the Niévre) where you can visit the Palais Ducal, or go shopping in the centre of town. We are only 2 hours south of Paris, and approximately I hour to Bourges and its famous cathedral. About a 20 minute drive to Magny Cours where the French Grand Prix and other motor sports are held throughout the year. The ancient thermal village of Pougues Les Eaux is only 5km and, there is a casino there. There are many ancient villages, chateaux and local markets to visit, and of course wine-tasting at the nearby vineyards. BEAUMONDE is a large comfortable country house with a friendly atmosphere. We invite you to relax in the large lounge, use the library, sink into the large comfortable sofas, enjoy lazing in the sun by the pool, or fishing in the lake.
