Stowe condo Rental Property Information
This spacious 2 bedroom condominium, (1200 sq ft), has wonderful views of Mount Mansfield from the back and of the 13th green of Stowe Golf & Country Club from the front. Located in the Village Green complex, (which is set in its own grounds close to Stowe Golf & Country Club), it is about 5 miles from the Stowe ski area and the ski bus stops just yards away from the apartment. The peaceful location is within very easy reach of the many excellent restaurants and activities in the area. Village Green complex has indoor/outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hot-tub, tennis courts and laundry on site.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a double on request. The kitchen is fully-fitted and well equipped with large cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. The large comfortable living area has a log-effect gas fire, separate dining area, telephone, television, DVD and CD players.

Village Green is in beautiful Stowe with stunning views of Mount Mansfield and surrounded by wonderful countryside, but still within very easy reach of the many activities and restaurants in the vicinity. The different seasons offer varying activities, from cycling, hiking,fishing, golf and much more in the warmer months to superb skiing in the winter. The ski area has benefited from an extensive modernization programme.
The scenery is spectacular especially in the Fall when the area comes to life in a sea of beautiful colours and has be seen to be believed.
The resort itself is only 10 miles from the main Interstate Highway 89 giving access to many more places of interest..

Further Details for the condo in Stowe Area, Vermont, USA
Skiing Information: Village Green is around 5 miles from the wonderful ski areas of Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak, which are interlinked by a gondola. The skiing has an excellent range of trails suitable for everyone, from the very easy Main Street to the exciting 'Front Four' and more. There are base lodges at each area where you can either have your own packed picnic or purchase food.
Whilst there is ample free parking at the mountain, if you prefer not to drive, the regular village/ski shuttle comes through Village Green and stops close to our house.
The house has a heated cloakroom, with plenty of storage for skis and boots, and a welcoming fireplace, (gas operated), to come home to.
Golf Information: Adjacent to Stowe golf club and within an easy drive of many other excellent courses.
