Luxury 5 Bedroom/4Bathroom Villa with large pool and Spa and two Master suits. Sleeps 13 and only 15 mins from Disney Parks. Elegantly and comfortably furnished throughout with Games Room, Cable TVs, DVD, Playstation2, high speed internet access and free baby equipment. Our Villa suits all ages so perfect for families or golfers. You can sit and relax for hours in our large Pool or Spa. You can have a quiet read by the pool in our comfortable loungers. Silver Creek is a quiet community, surrounded by wooded conservation and conveniently situated off Highway 27. It is a mile from its junction with Highway 192, and only 12 minutes from Disney. At the entrance to the community there is a shopping plaza, which includes a Winn-Dixie supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaners, hairdresser and pizza takeaway who also deliver free. There is also a walk-in Medical Centre approximately 5 miles away. Also only 5 mins drive along the US highway 27 south is the large Walmart Superstore.

Rental Rates for the villa in Clermont Area, Disney / Orlando, Florida, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Pool heat is recommended between October and April. Additional Pool & Spa Heating Charges are $150 per week. Additional Spa Heating Only Charge is $95 per week.
    Stays of 6 nights or less are liable for cleaning fees (approx $110).
    A non-refundable deposit of $180 per week, is required at time of booking.
    You may pay with most major credit cards using Paypal.
    The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of $320 will be required at the time of booking. Your security deposit will be refunded within 28 days after your departure from the villa as long as the Management Company is satisfied that no damage has taken place.
    Pool heat is recommended between October and April. Prices correct at time of hosting but are subject to change without notice. Prices change for half term and thanksgiving week..
