Calabay Parc villa Rental Property Information

This beautiful family villa is the ideal holiday home for both summer and winter alike. The pool can be heated when required and the child safety fence surrounding it means parents can relax while the children play outdoors. The villa boasts two master bedrooms with en suite facilities and two twin rooms that share a bathroom. The kitchen of the villa is very well equipped with everything you could need and there is a separate laundry room. We have tried to furnish the villa tastefully but also with comfort in mind, not what you would expect from just a holiday rental - our guests comfort is our priority. As the owner is disabled she has tried to make the villa as suitable as possible for anyone disabled or infirm and everything in the villa is for the guests use and no extra rental charge. Whilst the villa is very spacious disabled guest should be aware that is similar to most others in that the toilets are narrow.

Our luxurious Orlando villa is close to Disney yet ideal for golfers being so close to so many world class golf courses. Just off highway 27 we have easy access from the Interstate 4 and the US 192 so are close to many shopping malls, excellent restaurants and take away/delivery restaurants too. Within easy drive we have Cypress Gardens and slightly further afield we have Bucsh Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic beaches - Cocoa Beach and Daytona. Drive for about an hour and half and you can be walking along the pristine white sands or bathing in the warms waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Local private airfields offer a fantastic opportunity to view the local area by helicopter or light aircraft and some helicopter rides start from as little as $15. There is so much more to Orlando than theme parks and International Drive if you have the time to look and the information to hand so we supply brochures on places of interest in the villa.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Pool heat, when required, is £75 ($150) per week.

    This includes all taxes, fees etc but stays of less than a week incur an $90 cleaning charge.
  • We require a £150 deposit for each weeks stay on booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure when all details will be forwarded to you.

    When making the final payment we also require a security deposit of £200 and this will be returned to you within two weeks of leaving the villa providing there are no major breakages or damage to the property.
  • We can also supply a welcome pack so you don't have to go shopping immediately on arrival - please ask for details.

  • The first master suite bathroom has a luxurious whirlpool type bath, twin basins, toilet and a large shower enclosure. The cupboard has lots of towels, pool towels, bathroom scales and a hairdryer can be found in the unit drawer. The second master suite bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with a hairdryer in the unit below and a large shower enclosure where a number of support rails have been fitted to assist the disabled or infirm. Also supplied, free of charge, are a shower seat and cork bathmats which can be placed inside the shower cubicle to avoid anyone slipping. Off the bathroom is the walk-in closet where there is ample storage space and this room also houses the bed linen/towels for this bedroom. Both twin rooms share the third bathroom and this has a washbasin with hairdryer in the unit below, toilet and bath with a shower over and shower curtain. Next to this bathroom is the linen cupboard where there is an ample supply of towels and pool towels.

  • Both master suites have direct access to the pool area and have walk-in closets as well as the usual bedroom furniture. Each room has a hairdryer, cable TV, DVD player and alarm clock. The twin rooms have ample storage, cable TV and DVD player and share a bathroom where a hairdryer is also provided. The Disney themed room also has lots and lots of games and cuddly toys to keep the little ones happy and the twin rooms are towards the front of the villa so their 'high jinks' don't disturb mum and dad too much. Plenty of linen is provided.

The villa has two dining areas - the more formal dining room and the breakfast nook, each with six chairs plus there are three bar stools. Although the villa normally sleeps 8, the sofa bed in the lounge take this to 10 plus there is a travel cot provided. We offer free unlimited internet access, free local phone calls and provide a high chair, stroller and other items, all at no extra cost. All bedrooms have cable TV & DVD players plus a Playstation 2 in the second twin room. The lounge has a 37' flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with games and a selection of DVD's. The Games Room has a 7ft pool table, foosball table, an electronic dart board and has table, chairs and CD player. This room also houses the extra pool furniture etc. We also supply a large number of books for when you want a relaxing day by the pool. The pool can be heated at a small extra charge and the pool is fitted with a child safety fence to keep the little ones safe and parents relaxed.

Outdoor details: Calabay Parc is fortunate to have a Home Owners Association that takes care of all the outside areas, keeping the grass, plants, etc in pristine condition and so allowing the estate to be one that is pleasant to drive into. It is a very peaceful estate, ideal for fun and relaxation. Golfers love Calabay Parc because of it's proximity to some world class golf courses where visitors are made welcome and charges aren't too high. The Champions Gate 36 hole golf course, which was designed by Greg Norman, is only a few minutes drive away. The US192 is a most popular road with it's many shops and restaurants and flea markets which sell the usual tourist goods however, if you like a drive, then carry on until you reach the Osceola Flea & Farmers market where you can find different goods and excellent fruit and vegetables. We have two Wal-Mart's close to home, Publix grocery stores and many other shops and restaurants if you want to avoid the bussle of the 192. (details in villa)

Managing our villa Our local management company are English and are extremely helpful. Their details are in the villa should you ever need to contact them and they will respond very quickly. If there is anything you don't understand or any advice you need, then give them a call, they will be only too happy to help. It's wonderful for us to be able to relax and know our home is in such good hands.

Guest Book A wonderful time was had by all and the villa is just the icing on the cake - a home from home to come back to after a hectic day at the parks. We particularly loved the pool and the games room where us boys were kept amused while the girls relaxed. What a fantastic villa, so well equipped and then some. The grandchildren loved the games and the pool and we all felt so at home here.
