Main level offers large living area with stone fireplace, CATV with VHS, entrance to a covered deck with large seating area to enjoy the view. Dining area seats 9 comfortably, and well equipped kitchen. Full bath(in hallway) is for guest use and down the hall from the guest bedroom (2 twins). There is a large master BR on the opposite end of the house(Queen) with a private bath, CATV, and DSL connection. There are spiral staircases leading to a loft suitable as a reading, game playing. The lower level offers another covered deck, large family room with CATV, wet bar, card/game/puzzle table, full bath, two bedrooms -one with two trundle beds, and the other with a queen. The laundry closet is in a lower level bedroom. There is a charcoal grill off the parking area. This home has town garbage service on Mondays/Thursdays. Occupancy Limit is 8 (It is permissible to accept 10 utilizing the lower trundle twins) This home may be considered by some to be WALK TO TOWN-whether you walk or not-it's very convenient to town, and feels secluded. You'l feel like you're on top of the mountain! Turnday: Any.
