The Main House has 3 upstairs bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and balconies with spectacular views. The master suite is nearly 600 square feet and features a picture window soaking tub.

The main floor features a large formal two-story foyer that steps down into the dining room. The dining room and kitchen separate two living rooms, each featuring their own wood burning fireplace and French doors leading to covered outdoor sitting and dining areas.

The modern kitchen is distinguished by its stained concrete countertops, copper ceiling, built in Miele espresso machine, wine refrigerator and breakfast bar. The Main House also features a soaring two-story solarium and a fourth bathroom downstairs.

The hilltop pool features over 2000 square feet of deck and entertaining space, panoramic vistas, covered lounge area, built-in bar, fire pit and a BBQ area.

There is separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage with a kitchenette and screened-in porch, and studio with a kitchenette off the pool area.
