Lainson and Langley cosy lodges in an idyllic location situated away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet circle of landscaped central gardens with trees and pampas grasses, yet within easy walking distance of all the leisure amenities, swimming pool gym steam room ,bar and restaurant. Both lodges feature open, light spacious lounge with patio doors giving access to the veranda, with garden chairs and table ideally placed to catch the morning sun. The dining area has a light wood table and seating, the adjoining kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, four ring hob grill oven toaster microwave. The side drive allows for parking and there is an additional grassed area. Emmet & Diva are new pine lodges set in the new developing area of the leisure village bathed in sun all day (weather permitting) and have fantastic romantic sunsets in the evening from the lounge and balcony. Lainson lodge a beautifully appointed lodge set in a quiet landscaped circle of lodges a few mins from the leisure amenities. Facing east to catch the morning sun the integral balcony with table & chairs makes it ideal for morning coffee. From the balcony through the patio doors you enter the spacious lounge (to big for me to get it all on one photo) with free standing 3 piece suite. The dining area seats four, there is a side entrance door which leads into the fully fitted kitchen well equipped with oven grill hob microwave toaster fridge freezer and plenty of crockery & cutlery pots & pans to cook up a gourmet meal for four. The master bedroom has a double bed with canopy over, wardrobes & dressing table area & an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds wardrobes & dressing table there is room for a travel cot. Parking is to the side of the lodge also a grassed area and the rear is sheltered by deciduous trees. A TV/video & a selection of videos are also supplied.

Walking the fells or discovering the lime stone pavements or the fairy steps. Trekking the woods and byways round Warton, Arnside and Silverdale. For the more active or adventurous you can hire water skies canoes or take a banana boat ride on the neighboring lake, or bring your own dingy or canoe and launch on to our own lake.     N.B. Please note that payments made are not refundable and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to reimburse you for any unforeseen event including loss of amenities which we have no control over which gives you cause to cancel or curtail your booking
    LIABILITY Lakeland lodges do not accept any liability to any person or member of the holiday booking for any personal injury, sickness, loss or damage theft to personal property or money however sustained. We reserve the right to forthwith terminate any letting that the hirer or hirers party cause any deliberate or negligent damage to the property being let. Or behaves in such a way as to cause nuisance to adjoining lodges. In such a case the hirer remains liable for the remaining let.

    Balance is required 4 weeks before arrival.
    Refunds less deposits are only available if manage to rebook your dates from 4weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re book any period not paid for in full from the 4 week period

    Invoices are issued on receipt of deposit giving the final payment date

Golf Information: within a few miles you can access a number of courses some very senic and sometimes very challanging . All accept visitors Silverdale a 9 whole course. Morecambe Heysham Lancaster and Casterton courses around 8 miles away A bit further Grange over Sands has two Methorpe on the level, or Grange Fell it is as it says on the fell a very interesting course !! Bowness on Windermere and Kendal
