All the rooms in the villa are bright and charming. The first floor consists of an entryway, a large living room with a fireplace and twin-size sofa bed, a kitchen (with all tools provided), a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower, a laundry room and a small storage room. The second floor has one large bedroom (with two twin-size beds or one queen-size bed plus one single sofa-bed), with own bathroom. And there's one smaller bedroom (with two twin-size beds or one queen-size bed and one single sofa-bed) with its own bathroom. The villa is gas heated and firewood is available for the fireplace.

Good hospitality is there all the time The property owners, Alberto and Anna (both corporate persons in the field of electronics), live about 200 yards from the villa in the middle of their own land, while Alessandro, their son, lives with his wife right next door and is available for assistance.

Some reviews... 'I spent a week at Villa Genziana while on a business trip and I should say that it was the best of my stays ever. The house is extra-clean, tidy, provided with everything one needs, furnished with taste and zest, efficiently equipped, roomy and bright, so one feels even better than at home. Regardless of the vicinity of the city (that is in many ways convenient) the location is quiet, comfortable and peaceful as typical of the countryside. Moreover the kindness and eagerness to help of the owners is peerless. Thanks Anna and Alberto, I will definitely come back.' (Giulia B). Their property is in the immediate outskirts of Bologna, which makes the center easy to reach (great parking lots, free with bus fare) as well as the fairground, the airport and the highway. As stated in the ad we found large spaces both inside and outside. Everything was very clean, well kept, efficient and furnished with taste, definitely better than what we thought from the photos. The rate was excellent too – about one third of the average hotel room in the area! Moreover, Alberto and Anna were very helpful, very hospitable and nice. We will definitely come back!' (Maria G.).
