Shaded terrace with dining table to eat 'al fresco' with spectacular view, separate utilityroom with washing machine and iron table. Large playroom for children with tennis table. BBQ .Private garden, hammock. Private parking.All property fenced.Swimming pool (about 40 x 20 feet), dressing room, batrhroom with shower, sunbeds. . All the appliances are state-of-the-art and in a perfect working shape. All our outdoor property (olive grove, park, pool, etc.) is 100% accessible to our guests.
