Anguilla villa Rental Property Information

These two adjacent beachfront villas, the Emerald and the Amethyst, combine to offer 10 bedrooms and 25,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space in the Altamer resort on the Caribbean island of Anguilla.

Each villa offers 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, entertainment room, handicap accessible elevator, dining area with seating for 12, dramatic views and access to the lighted tennis court. Both villas are uniquely furnished and offer Italian linens, Murano glassware and silverware. Each also has an in-villa office complete with a fax machine and personal computer with internet access and printer.

Both villas are fully staffed with Butler service, housekeeping, concierge, and groundskeepers. Continental breakfast, cocktail hour canap?s, mineral water, coffee and tea are included in the rates. Meal and beverage plans are available for additional charge. A chef is available to prepare the meals on the meal plan.

Each of the Jewels offer a stereo system divided into seven zones. Use special LCD remote panels to operate the music and entertainment center from anywhere in the villa, controlling different music for each of the 7 zones.

The entertainment room in each villa offer a custom built pool table with teakwood and stainless steel finishes; gaming table; board games; and a home theatre offering a TV, DVD player, and surround sound system bringing movies and sporting events to life.

The Amethyst villa offers a unique Skywalk. It is accessed from the second floor to allow you to lounge, bird watch or catch the sunrise on the sea's edge. The "Lover's Lane" is an ideal location for intimate wedding ceremonies. The rooftop patio towers above the Anguillian landscape offering 360-degree views and a romantic hot tub.

The Master Bedroom in each villa is decorated with all the finest amenities. The en suite bathroom features Travertine marble, walk-in shower for two, and a Jacuzzi for two where you can watch television, listen to music, or stargaze through the skylights. The Master Suite has an attached fourth floor balcony accessed by a private staircase that includes a private bar area, office or an optional crib for babies. The complete wet bar area has marble finishes and offers exceptional views of St. Martin and the beach.

All guest rooms have full views of the Caribbean Sea and their own marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. Each room has its own telephone and television with VCR. Children?s safety bars can be added to windows as requested.

An eleventh bedroom, pied a terre with a garden view, is available for an additional charge of $4,000 to $13,200 depending upon the season.

Required stay is from Saturday to Saturday.
