Terres Basses villa Rental Property Information

This five bedroom villa in St. Martin is located in the Baie Rouge Beach area on top of a hill approximately 150 feet above sea level with breathtaking 270 degree views of Baie Rouge, the St. Martin coastline, the islands of Anguilla and Saba. On a clear day of St. Eustatius, St. Kitts, Nevis and Monserrat are visible.

The property runs down to Baie Rouge Beach where the beach and the swimming are among the best in the Caribbean. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and features an extensive terrace with fabulous panoramic views, large swimming pool and a cliff side gazebo.

The interior space of the main villa is made up of four air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom, ocean view, king size bed, ipod dock and hairdryers. Also in the main house are a beautifully decorated dining room and a living room complete with satellite television, CD and DVD player and ipod dock.

There is also a one bedroom guest cottage close to the main house with a spacious veranda overlooking Baie Rouge, king size bed, ipod dock and hairdryer.

A company called "Fabulous Feasts" offers an excellent gourmet chef service available on the island which may be utilized for any villa at an additional cost. Or guests can prepare meals in the villa?s gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker and wine cooler.

Additional amenities include high speed internet, fax machine, washer, dryer, fans, safe, gas barbeque, iron and electric gate. Please note this is a non-smoking villa.

The Capital of the French side is the town of Marigot, which is about 10 minutes drive from the villa. Marigot has a wonderful a selection of restaurants and shops. Fifteen minutes drive in the other direction there are casinos, more shops and the international airport on the Dutch side of the island.
