Terres Basses villa Rental Property Information
This luxurious villa sits on two hilltop acres overlooking Baie Rouge, facing the sea, the far distant mountains of St Martin and the island of Anguilla.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house and a guest cottage 30 feet away. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a post card sea view, television and DVD player.
Two huge king bedrooms in the main house are new since 2003. One bedroom offers a private landscaped patio and both bedrooms have outstanding tumbled marble bathrooms en suite and views of the sea and garden. The two rooms can be connected through a double door ensuring privacy between the two dressing rooms.
The third king bedroom in the main house was redecorated in October 2007. The bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite tumbled marble bathroom, and views of the pool and sea. The cottage offers the fourth bedroom suite complete with a large air-conditioned bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the lawn and the sea.
A company called "Fabulous Feasts" offers an excellent gourmet chef service available on the island which may be utilized for any villa at an additional cost. Or guests can prepare meals in the villa?s kitchen, which offers views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, freezer, ice maker, wine cellar, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and barbecue.
Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, safe, electric gate and satellite television in the living room.
A three bedroom rate is also available for smaller parties who do not wish to use the cottage.
The Capital of the French side is the town of Marigot, which is about 10 minutes drive from the villa. Marigot has a wonderful a selection of restaurants and shops. Ten minutes drive in the other direction are casinos, more shops and the international airport on the Dutch side.
