Terres Basses villa Rental Property Information

Located on a hillside in the Lowlands, Callisto has sunset views of La Samanna and Bay Long. The villa is also just minutes from two of St. Martin's most beautiful beaches, Long Bay and Plum Bay.

With a beautiful contemporary style decor, this three bedroom, three and one half bathroom villa has a spacious open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has satellite TV, stereo, CD player, DVD player and baby grand piano and opens directly onto a terrace with large pool and gazebo and outside dining and seating area.

All three bedrooms offer air conditioning, king size beds and en-suite bathrooms equipped with showers and hairdryers. The master bedroom features a four poster colonial style bed.

A company called "Fabulous Feasts" offers an excellent gourmet chef service available on the island which may be utilized for any villa at an additional cost. Or guests can prepare meals in the villa?s kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker.

Additional amenities include high speed internet, fans, washer, dryer, iron, safe, gas barbecue and electric gate.

The Capital of the French side is the town of Marigot, which is about 10 minutes drive from the villa. Marigot has a wonderful a selection of restaurants and shops. Fifteen minutes drive in the other direction there are casinos, more shops and the international airport on the Dutch side of the island.
