Terres Basses villa Rental Property Information
Oceane is a beautiful hillside villa with panoramic ocean views in the Terres Basses area of the Caribbean island of St. Martin.
The extensive terrace affords a large pool with built in table at the shallow end, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The villa also offers lovely gardens and sunset views. It is a seven minute walk to beautiful Plum Bay beach.
There are four spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and fans. Three bedrooms offer king size beds while the fourth has two twin beds.
Additional amenities include: satellite television, DVD player, VCR, CD player, fax machine, iron, hairdryers and fans. Please note this is non-smoking villa.
There is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants in Marigot, the capital of the French St. Martin, about a twelve minute drive from the villa. Within a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction there are casinos, restaurants, additional shops and the international airport on the Dutch side of the island.
"Fabulous Feasts," a private company on French St. Martin, offers an excellent gourmet chef service which can be contracted at an additional cost and which can be utilized at any villa on the island.
