The main villa features an impressive reception area opening out to a lounge terrace with unobstructed ocean and sky views. There is a cliff side Jacuzzi and a heated infinity-edge pool, a pool side bar and informal outside dining and seating areas.

Leading from the terrace and reception area is the living room, a formal dining room and state-of-the-art Chef?s kitchen. The residence also provides the services of its very own gourmet Chef.

Every room offers its own unique perspective of the ocean including the eight lavish bedrooms all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms (some featuring both indoor and outdoor showers). The master suite has a private terrace, a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom with glass walled spa and shower overlooking the ocean.

The main villa houses seven of the bedrooms and also a media room.

The second villa houses the eighth, ninth and tenth bedrooms. The villa has its own large deck area, large indoor living room and open?plan kitchen and a beautiful cascading heated swimming pool. The 11th bedroom is in a seperate bulding on the grounds.

There is also a gym with free weights, treadmill, bicycle and pilates ball. Additional amenities include: air conditioning in the bedroom and main living area, satellite television, CD and DVD player, ipod dock, high speed wireless internet, barbeque, safe, fax machine, iron, washer and dryer. There is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants in Marigot, the capital of the French St. Martin, about a twelve minute drive from the villa. Within a 15-minute drive in the opposite direction there are casinos, restaurants, additional shops and the international airport on the Dutch side of the island.
