Xpu-Ha villa Rental Property Information
Nalum is a fully staffed luxury villa located on an exquisite white sand Mayan beach about 20 minutes south of the ruins of Tulum in the Sian Ka'an area.
The villa features three air conditioned bedrooms and a full staff including a cook, houseman, maid and gardener. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed, its own terrace, chairs and hammock. On the other side of the main living area are two further bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other two double beds, a big terrace, two balconies, and a shared bathroom.
The living area is at the center of the house with a large sofa where you can play table games, watch films on a 120inch cinema screen, listen to music, or just enjoy the views of the sea. The villa also has many open areas where you can relax, read a book or sun-bathe. The roof terrace has exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon, in which the sun sets.
The staff will prepare and serve three meals a day. Included in the rates are meals, beverages and round trip transfers from Cancun International Airport.
About the of Sian Ka'an area: Sian Ka'an is the largest protected area in the Mexican Caribbean, measuring approximately 1.3 million acres. It is a world heritage site known for its geography, wetlands and wildlife. For example, there are 336 known bird species and 103 known mammal species. The area is important nesting grounds for many birds and two endangered sea turtle species.
The area is also home 23 known archaeological sites, some with relics dating up to 2,300 years old. Annual rainfall is between 44 and 48 inches.
