This six-bedroom luxury villa, only 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, presents you with a grand tropical retreat featuring private indoor and outdoor living areas, extraordinary dining, and unforgettable sunsets. Once owned by Dorothy and Oscar Hammerstein (where he wrote The Sound of Music), this very private, 7000 square foot estate is located on 17 acres lush tropical acres.

Immerse yourself in the visual grandeur of the Caribbean from any of the five verandas. Walk the lush tropical grounds. Ascend the spiral stairway from the pool terrace to the rooftop sundeck for private sunbathing or a shaded lunch. Enjoy the gentle trade winds on the sun porch or relax in the formal living room with fireplace and entertainment center. Marvel at the outstanding original art.

-Bedroom 1 Zen Suite, king, four-poster bed with huge sitting area, TV and VCR, 5 ceiling fans, sliding doors to lawn with a view of the sea. En-suite bath with 2 basins, shower and linen-draped Roman tub.

-Bedroom 2 Jamaica Suite, connected to the master bedroom, this room is best for children. Optional king or twin beds with TV, private entrance and en-suite bath.

-Bedroom 3 Owner?s Suite, king, four-poster bed with private, furnished terrace and wonderful view. TV and VCR, desk, dressing room, and en-suite bath.

-Bedroom 4 Mahogany Suite, queen bed with French doors to covered terrace to view of lawns, woodlands and sea. TV and VCR and en-suite bath.

-Bedroom 5 Deco Suite, king or twin beds under mosquito netting. Shares terrace with Mahogany Suite. TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

-Bedroom 6 Tropical Suite, queen, four-poster canopy bed with sitting area and private deck. TV and VCR, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

Villa amenities include large fresh water swimming and pool lounging, pool table, ping-pong table, and massage table.

Spa services (at the villa) are offered at additional cost. The villa also has a membership at the exclusive Round Hill Hotel and Beach Club for beach, tennis and fitness club.

The villa is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper, laundress and a gardener. The professionalism of the staff insure a truly memorable villa experience. Guests are asked to select and prepay for a meal plan in advance and to prepay a 15% staff gratuities.
