A Truly Unique Location Whilst a car is not essential, one is recommended to get the best out of the surrounding area. However, if you don't want to drive there is a bus stop within a few minutes walk of the apartment that serves the surrounding towns including Puerto Banus, Estepona and Malaga. Local taxis are also plentiful and are reasonably inexpensive when compared to the UK. The apartment is within five minutes driving from Estepona and San Pedro. Glamorous Puerto Banus is reached within ten minutes and glorious Marbella in fifteen minutes. There are numerous excellent restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and shops all within five minutes drive. Some are within easy strolling distance. A beach promenade enables residents of Menara Beach to walk in just a couple of minutes to the exclusive 5* Las Dunas hotel and probably one of the best restaurants’ on the Costa del Sol, Tikitano.
A Haven For Golfers. The stretch of Andalusia between Gibraltar and Málaga is a veritable paradise for golfers - though with nearly fifty courses to choose from, you may find it difficult to make a choice! As a golfer, you'll appreciate the variety of courses, each of them set in a delightful landscape and designed to tax your skills. Within 30 minutes drive of Menara Beach you'll find the Par 71 Valderrama Golf Club, the venue chosen for the 1997 Ryder Cup. The US magazine Golf World described this course as 'Europe's finest'. Just a few kilometres from Menara Beach you will find La Dama de Noche, Europe's first floodlit course, enabling you to play 24 hours a day.
