Our Beautiful Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Pool Villa is in the resort of Aviana which is only 10 minutes from Disney and 20 Minutes from Universal. We have just upgraded the villa with new furnishings and soft furnishings giving that luxury and relaxed feel you want from your vacation home. The villa is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen along with extra TV’s, in the master bedroom and double guest room, as well as free internet access. The villa is large just under 2,000 sqft with 2 reception rooms. Aviana is a resort style community with a clubhouse a cyber café, sundry shop games room and fitness facilities. If golf is your game, Aviana is surrounded by golf courses, so you could play a different course every day of your vacation. Restaurants are easily accessible either at champion’s Gate, hwy 27, or 192. Central located for a beach break, reaching the beach in under 1 hour.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • £100 / $200 deposit is required to hold required week... this is a non refundable deposit if you cancel.
    If deposit cheque is not received within one week of booking then, the weeks go back in to the rental pool.
    All payments are to be received in full no later than 8 weeks before requested weeks. No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.... part weeks may be booked call or email for prices, this does not include Xmas which will only apply as a minumum of a week booking.
    A security bond of £250/US$500 is required when final payment is due. This will not be cashed, only if our management company advise us of any damage will this be then banked, and the balance returned.
  • All prices are inclusive of taxes and final clean.. no additional charges will be added. Optional pool heating of £10/$20 per day min time 1 week. For bookings of 3 weeks or more 10% discounts will be giving (August special not included) also long term bookings excepted please email for rates. If dates cross over price bands then prices will be pro rata. Payment can be made in either £ or $.
  • If less than 1 week required a cleaning charge of $85 will be added to the booking.
