It is situated in dowtown Barcelon, faces the beautiful Ciutadella Park,in the tree-lined boulevard “Paseo Pujades” a pleasant, safe and clean residential neighbourhood. All conveniences, supermarkets, banks, chemists, restaurants, cafes and many popular attractions are on the doorstep. The beaches are a 10 min. walk; bus, metro stop ARC DE TRIOMF and the train station with trains direct to the airport close by. Along the way to the traditional food market “Santa Caterina” you can stop in one of numerous terrace cafes and in few minutes you get in a neighbourhood known as El Born. A great buzzing area to lounge on terraces by day and sip cocktails by night. ifriendly and funky, 'Born' is where just about everything fashionable is happening now. Picasso Museum, ,Palau de la Musica the Cathedral, the Gothic Guarter are all in the same area.

The location was perfect with the beautiful park across the street, the excellent coffee shop down the block and close to all transportation. We had 3 stops in Spain and thanks to Dolores, Barcelona was the best! She gave us a personal walking tour and took us to the best basque Tapas restaurant. She was a joy to be around. The apartment was everything we hoped, quiet and perfectly equipped. A wonderful memory, indeed.

Lots of sights within walking distance. Would definitely recommend apartment and most definitely Dolores's car tours which Dolores introduced us to some parts of the city that were most interesting and that we would otherwise have missed.

Dolores is a true ambassador to her city. We have three young daughters who travelled with us and Dolores made us all feel very welcomed. She drove us around to all the sights, even fantastic things that are not in the guide books. We had great conversations with her over tapas in the evenings and she even met us at the train station when we arrived.
