A 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom detached Villa which has a separate self contained 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment underneath (which can be rented separately to this house). The house has a lovely surround terrace providing delightful panoramic views of the local mountain ranges. A brand new open plan kitchen and dinning area. Lounge comes with a sofa, chairs and 1 double sofa bed and a real open fireplace. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a private terrace and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor. The main bedroom is en suite with a small private terrace. The house enjoys excellent outdoor facilities ie. Car Park, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Large lawned Garden, BQ & Pool House and Orchard. Please note the house shares the garden with the self contained 3 bedroom apartment below you. This may be rented by another party during your stay at certain times of the year.   • SECURITY DEPOSIT:
    A fully refundable security deposit of 500€ is required on arrival subject to our terms and conditions. This is paid via a security deposit form signed at the time of booking. A full refund will be returned to you on the safe return of the keys on departure (subject to loss/damage/excess cleaning charges to the property).

    We require a copy of your passport and two current household bills as proof of identification. You can fax these to our office on +44(0)1702 348628 on booking
  • CHANGE OVER DAY:
    On arrival you can take possession of the property from 14.00 pm. If we have no prior guests, you can arrive at the property from 11am onwards subject to prior agreement. Our property manager will meet you there with the keys. If you are arriving outside working hours there is a 30€ out of hours charge for our property manager to greet you and settle you in. On your leaving day you will be meet at 10.30 by the property manager and he will make an inventory check of the property and request payment for any additional services/wine used. You will need to vacate the property by 11am in time for our cleaners to prepare the property in time for new arrivals.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES The Kitchen has a wine rack with 12 local bootles of wine provided at €10 per bottle and if used you simply pay for them to our housekeeper at the end of your stay. Daily Maid Bed making service (included in the price) The house will have had a maid cleaning service before your arrival. If you would like to have a further daily cleaning service this can be arranged floors swept, disposing of refuge, washing up in Kitchen etc. Booking extra cleaning hours in advance or with our maid direct (if arranged direct please pay on site €15 per hour). Breakfast/Evening meals available on request. Birthday Parties - we can arrange for a Paella Party for you - Paella to be cooked by your own private chef in the gardens and served to your party, including salad, Paella, dessert, wine, water, coffee etc. For larger Paella Parties please contact us.
