Castellabate apartment Rental Property Information

The Villa is located in medieval town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 200 meters from the seaside and 800 meters from the centre of the town. It has a romantic view of the sea and the villa is completely surrounded by the green; by bright weather, is it possible to see the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The apartment includes a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a big bathroom. The apartment is provided of bedlinen and towels, kitchen stuff, satellite TV, washing machine, terrace with dinner furniture of 30 m2 and a parking place at 1 meter of the apartment. Every apartment have a big sun lounger, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private terrace with a nice barbecue . We stay at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco that can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront. The sea has clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too.

The Villa is located inside Cilento National Park, a location where the wildness of the nature is mixed with art and culture. In fact in the area you can either make wonderful excursions to its cultural sites i.e. the ancient ruins of old cities like Paestum and Velia or Cilento will fascinate you with its high quality sea and beaches that every year are awarded with the “Blue Flag” of the European Union. Furthermore Cilento National Park has been awarded by UNESCO as World Heritage since 1998. In San Marco, Santa Maria and Castellabate you will also enjoy the typical and wonderful fragmented coasts and the beautiful fine sand beaches and shallow waters ideal for kids.

  • The villa is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - but we have flexibility with change-over day, please ask). The prices listed are for 5 people.
    The rent includes water, electricity, gas, sheets, towels and final cleaning.
    Heating on request, at a cost of 7 euro/day.
    There is a charge of 7 euro/day for heating in the period from November to April.
  • A Deposit of 30% of the total will secure your booking. Balance to be paid when you arrive. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required.
    Booking could be considered also for period different than those above mentioned on a case by case basis at a price to be agreed at the moment.
    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Your Apartment will be available from 16.00 on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

The Cilento National Park The Cilento National Park has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage with the following justification: “The Cilento is an outstanding cultural landscape. The dramatic groups of sanctuaries and settlements along its three east–west mountain ridges vividly portray the area's historical evolution: it was a major route not only for trade, but also for cultural and political interaction during the prehistoric and medieval periods. The Cilento was also the boundary between the Greek colonies of Magna Graecia and the indigenous Etruscan and Lucanian peoples. The remains of two major cities from classical times, Paestum and Velia, are found there (…) as well as the impressive monastic property of the Certosa di San Lorenzo in Padula”.

Castellabate sea In Castellabate you will also enjoy a high quality sea that is internationally awarded, with a wonderful fragmented coasts as well as beautiful fine sand beaches with shallow waters ideal for kids. In 2004 Castellabate has been awarded once again the Blue Flag. Guest Book Hello! Everything is OK in Norway and trip back was OK. Tobias slept all the way to Napoli in Ricardos car and was happy on the plane! We had a awesome wonderful time in your villa. 3 generations the first week was no problem - 6 people and everyone had their own bed. Remember to keep both upstairs apartments for me end of May next year!! Thanks for everything - your hospitality, fish snacks, pasta AL Forno, pasta and beans, barbecue and brilliant housing plus view 3 1/2 weeks! Give our best to mom and wife as well. Your friends in Norway!
