This home has everything you will need to have an exciting, fun-filled family vacation! With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, and a total of 3 baths, this is a home you don't want to miss.

The house is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen (with all utensils, cookware, and dishware), 2 televisions, a DVD player, VCR and patio furniture. There are 2 queen, 1 full and 1 set of twin beds as well as a sofa bed providing sleeping arrangements for 10 guests. Take a break from area attractions and enjoy the warm Florida sun in your own private screened-in swimming pool.

This clean, well maintained home is located in Florida Pines, a quiet, yet newer community located on Highway 27. The community features a community pool and playground. In addition, Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve golf courses, as well as David Leadbetter's Golf Academy are located just minutes away.

Also convenient is I-4 which gives easy access to area attractions such as Disney, SeaWorld and Universal, beaches on either coast, outlet shopping malls, restaurants and everything Orlando has to offer.
