A beautifully renovated townhome in one of Whistlers premier locations, right underneath the Excalicur gondola, a minutes walk to the slopes and a pleasant stroll to the Village. Entrance to this townhome is on the ground floor, with a spacious single-car garage with ski and outerwear equipment storage.
Stairs lead up to the very spacious living area, which features a wood-burning fireplace, an immaculate kitchen with wooden cupboards and granite counter tops and a very spacious dining area with large wooden table and plenty of chairs. Stairs down lead to 3 bedrooms, including master with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with tri-bunk and second bathroom. This area also has a laundry room. Stairs up from the living room lead to the den, which has a double sofa bed; off the den is a deck with private hot tub.
A spacious single car garage completes the accommodation in this home, and there is additional visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
