Powderhorn is an excellently located building in the heart of the Upper Village. This 3 bedroom is very spacious, with cathedral ceilings in the living room. The living room and bedrooms have just completed a total renovation, featuring stone floors, wooden blinds and brand new furniture.
Entry is onto the main level, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for eight and a spacious seating area round the gas log fire with two very comfortable sofas and a large wing armchair. An antique Afghan Chobi rug and vintage black and
white skiing photographs complete the decor. On the same level there are two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 twin beds which can convert to a king; the master has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second bathroom on this level as well.
A spiral staircase leads up the loft/3rd bedroom, with its own ensuite shower-room. This room doubles as a third bedroom with queen sofa bed, or as a media room, since it is fully-equipped with large-screen TV and hi-fi equipment. This room can be opened up onto the living room below or shut off with windows, and it also has a door onto the corridor outside.
The unit also has a deck with BBQ and a full laundry.Powderhorn has a roof-top hot tub which is fabulous for soothing away the impact of the mogul fields.
Ski-in, ski-out access is a short walk to the Wizard Trail which leads to the Wizard run.This unit has 2 dedicated parking spaces and 2 storage lockers for skis and ski equipment.
