Large character villa just 500 meters from the best beaches of Monemavasia area. The villa is in the middle of a small picturesque village of Agios Stefanos and it is the ideal place to have relaxing holidays. Ideal for families with children. The residents of the villa can enjoy the spectacular view at the top of the Monemvasia Castle. It takes about 45 mins to reach to the top but the sea and country view is worth the effort. The beaches close to the villa are ideal for watersports and windsurfing. Daily trips to the famous 'Caves of Dyros', the lagoon of Gerakas, the fortress of Mystras, the picturesque sea village of Elafonisos, are more than rewarding. The Monemvasia's unspoilt environment and rich history captured the imagination of many artists and writers; many articles have been published for this little corner of the earth. This fact coupled with an excellent climate make the area a visit attraction for thousands of people coming from all over the world.

The residents of the villa can benefit from the free use of the swimming pool of our complex of apartments at no extra cost. The villa is cleaned once a week.
