The Studio apartment has a total floor area of 30 square meters (330 sq ft) and it is fully equipped with a kitchenette and air-conditioning. All the necessary cutlery is provided and also a baby cot can be arranged at no extra cost. All the apartments are equipped with satellite TV and internet access (dial up).The Studio apartments have a large balcony area with panoramic sea views, where the residents can enjoy a spectacular sunset. Furthermore, the residents can enjoy the large garden areas of the complex with a drink next to the swimming pool. In just 50 meters from the apartments there is a convenience store for the everyday needs. Excellent traditional taverns are within walking distance. NOTES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE VILLA The villa is located 400 meters from the complex of apartments in the tiny village of Agios Stefanos. The residents of the villa can benefit from the free use of the swimming pool of our complex of apartments at no extra cost. The villa is cleaned once a week. Regular maid service is available at extra cost (on request).
