This large property is settled around the millenary parish church of Santa Maria dell?Aquila and is surrounded by a big green area and woods where it is possible to walk in tranquillity for a holiday in close contact with the nature of Tuscany. Within the grounds flow natural springs of thermal water at 37?C already used in the past by the Etruscans and Romans for aesthetic, physical and luxury treatments (vascular, rheumatic and dermatological pathologies).
Distances: Sorano with all kinds of shops 3 km, the beautiful village Pitigliano 6,5 km, Orvieto 53 km, Lago di Bolsena 20 km, Argentario 40 km, Rome and Florence approx. 150 km. The coast with beautiful beaches is reachable in approx. 1 hour driving.
At guests? disposal: big green areas, external private space for each apartment, swimming pool (200 m2 ? open from 01/05 to 30/09), thermal swimming pool (350 m2) on two levels with natural hydromassage and children area, tennis court, plays for children, bar, conference hall (available starting from 2007), wellness centre. Parking in the grounds. While enjoying your holiday, there?s the possibility to benefit of the following luxury services: massages, walking paths with rest area, guided tour to archeological sites, ridings, mountain bike paths, tasting of local products.
