There is good access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways, from where it is a convenient drive to the many Dubai attractions such as Madinat Souq, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek, Wild Wadi and the Gold Souq. For keen golfers, the villa is just a few minutes from the picturesque Montgomerie Golf Course, or to the Emirates Golf Course.
