The villa is characteristed by a spacious and equipped covered terrace (30 m2) from where you gain access to an extremely well tended garden (approx. 500 m2) from where you can enjoy extensive and relaxing views as far as the sea (large barbecue and wood burning oven). Internally the house has extremely beautiful ceramic tiled floors from Vietri (a famous tile production centre). Parking place within the grounds. Gr. fl.: spacious entrance/dining room (TV) with fireplace, access onto the terrace, to the garden with large table for outdoor dining and, by means of a spiral staircase, to a spacious sun trap terrace on the roof with extensive views, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor room with washing machine. On the lower floor there is a one-room apartment with separate entrance that is lived in by the owner. Simple style but practical furniture. It is possible to book guided excursions, on foot or on horse-back to visit the more remote areas of the island. Access to the villa is along a somewhat narrow road but which is accessible to normal sized cars. Central heating. LOCATION: 3 km Forio (various shops, sandy beaches where you can hire beach umbrellas and deck chairs, car hire). 4 km Lacco Ameno, 7 km S. Angelo, 10 km the harbour at Ischia (Ischia Porto).
