This very nice, small villa has been carefully restored and it is situated in the green countryside around Lucca. The holiday house Amedeo is an apartment on the ground floor and the owner occasionally lives on the first floor. The house is surrounded by a delightful garden, completely fenced which offers tranquillity and relax. Carignano is an excellent location to visit the beautiful Versilia beaches or to make excursion to all parts of Tuscany.
It is comprising of : entrance in the living/dining room with a double bed settee, TV-Sat, kitchen with hearth, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bidet/wc, boxroom.
In front of the house there is a patio area equipped with dining furniture and barbecue. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (5x9m / 140 cm) which exceptionally is used by the owner.
The furnishing are modern and comfortable, convenient for a holiday house.
