Email your dates to check the availability calendar. Once your dates have been confirmed you will be notified by email and we will place your dates on a two day hold and email you our rental agreement with instructions. Once we receive your payment you will receive an email confirmation.
    A $400 security deposit is required. After you check out, if everything is in order and nothing is damaged and nothing is missing, you will have your deposit returned within 30 days. If this deposit is made by credit card, unfortunately the 4.5% charge will be the responsibility of the Guest, as the deposit will be returned as a cheque or bank transfer.
    This is a non smoking and non pet property. If anyone has smoked or had pets then you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Rate including cleaning fee and 13% Florida tax. Pool and spa heat can be added if required for a daily rate of $ 35. For bookings less than a week there is cleaning surcharge of $ 200.

    Long-term renters are welcome. One couple $3,500 for 4 weeks/28 days, two couples $4,250 and 3 couples $4,750. Add pool and spa heat if required.
