Siofok apartment Rental Property Information

We would like to invite you to our new-built apartment house, located directly next to the beach entrance to Lake Balaton and 300-400m away from the city center of Siofok. The exclusively furnished house contains apartments for 2, 4 and 6 people. Every apartment has a television set, bathroom with shower and toilette, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and air-conditioning (wall cooling). Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with a big swimming pool and a child pool, barbeque and garden furniture. The house owns an own closed parking lot for many cars. There is a possibility of choosing from different catering: self-catering, breakfast, half board and full board in the restaurant of the house from May to October.

The house is situated in the city center of Siofok, which is considered as the capital city of Lake Balaton with its 15km long coastline. The city offers many entertaining possibilities along with sports, bars, discos. Budapest is easily reachable by car or by train. (The railway station lies only 600-700 m away).

Rental Rates for Apartment for 2 in Hungary



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Meals

  • breakfast, breakfast/lunch, breakfast/lunch/dinner booking possible

  • Our rates include: the usage of water, gas, electricity, bedlinen, parking in the garden, kitchen usage, in summer the usage of pools and air-conditioning (central wall cooling).
    Only city tax is at extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult.
    In high season (26.7.-17.8.) booking is possible for at least 7 nights.
    When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We pay it back only when you tell off your reservation 2 month in advance. We do not take over the cost of transfer.
    Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
    At arrival you have to sign a registration form and our house rules.
    No towels.
    Pets allowed: Euro 10/day.
    The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival.
    We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house.
    Smoking is possible only on the balconies as the rooms contain a fire alarm. Please note that the apartment for 2 do not have balconies.
