This pet friendly three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large grass lawn with children's sandboxes.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, recreation, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #118 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Beach Club #118 will accept small pets for a $150 non-refundable fee.
