LES STUDIOS ST SEVERIN Our studios are up two flights of stairs, in a historical building with 2 tall windows looking out on a pedestrian street. The studios are bright, each with 2 windows, furnished with a double bed, TV, cafe-style table & chairs. There is a folded mattress which unfold into a twin bed for third person. The kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Free WIFI Internet.

LOCATION is VACATION! Our studios are located on Rue Saint Severin, across the famous church (see picture) in the Latin Quarter. You will be steps away from the romantic Bridges of River La Seine & church Notre Dame; at the heart of Paris in a pedestrian street lined with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops which create a festive ambiance. But pragmatically being centered saves money....as you can walk everywhere to all major monuments.

1 minute walk to Metro St Michel The street is 'pedestrian only' lined by restaurants, gifts shops, bakeries and not far from Place Maubert with its famous food, flowers and cheese market. You will be transported in your own private Paris!

Guest Book 09/24/07 I just came back from a dream trip to Paris from a trip I booked at with Claude on his site. My husband and I had a magical time staying in the charming little flat and I couldn't imagine being in a better location at a better price. Thank god some of these charming, inexpensive places still exist in the center Paris. Claude was extremely informative and the place was exactly as he described. I can't wait to go back.
