The entry floor has three bedrooms, (one queen, one twin trundle, and four bunks), a living room with large screen media center, bar, and game area. On the second floor is the family room, kitchen, dining room, pantry, powder room and guest suite, all with unbelievable views and porches. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with gourmet appliances, two dishwashers, a warming drawer, two ovens, icemaker, and wine cooler. Two incredible master suites complete the third floor, which leads to the private roof top deck. Music is wired throughout the house and can be enjoyed anywhere, including the roof top deck.
