The holiday home is ideally situated only 10 minutes from Disneyland Resort Paris and 35 minutes from central Paris with its many museums and art galleries. It is extremely accessible to many transport networks including, Eurostar, T.G.V., Thalys and local rail links to Paris every 30 minutes. With the excellent road network many of the regions, chateaux, cathedrals, churches and champagne houses are all within easy reach. The owner is happy to provide helpful advice and information prior to or during your visit regarding transportation, visits to local attractions and facilities and any other information which will facilitate your trip and make your holiday more enjoyable. Airport pick ups, pick ups from Eurostar and guided tours of Paris and other services can also be arranged at an extra cost. Should you arrive late and need the owner to organise a starter pack of groceries this can also be arranged in advance.

  • 7. Terms and conditions : To book :
    We will acknowledge availability and booking within 48 hours.
    Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 25% balance due two months before arrival date.
    Booking made under two months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at the time of booking.
    Cancellations made up to 3 months before arrival date, the 25% down payment will be kept.
    Cancellations made under 3 months before arrival date will not be refunded.
    A deposit of 500 euros for Lagny and 1000 euros for Montévrain will be asked for in cash only, on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay.
    Payments to be made in euro, by bank draft only (details further), or by cheque (French residents only).
    On receipt of your initial payment of 25% we will send your booking confirmation.
  • When you have paid for your rental in full, you will be sent your travel directions, details of how to find the apartment, and where to collect your keys on arrival, the name and phone number of your holiday contact.
    It's best to advise us of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 3 pm.
    On your day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10.00 am so that it can be cleaned for the next arrival.
    If you do not want the clean service and make it by yourselves, you can leave the apprtment at 01.00 pm.
    Please, note that arrivals after 10 pm and departures before 8.00 am are over charged 50 euros each.
    The apartment is cleaned between lets, meaning that all you need to do when you arrive is unpack, put the kettle on and explore your accommodation !!!
    As a self-catering cottage, you will find most of the standard appliances you would expect to have at home : linnen, towels, bed sheets...
    Pets are not welcomed and smoking is not allowed.
  • We will be close at hand if you need any help or advice.
